About the job
Activities
- Management of absences and staff replacements in the department
- Monitoring of working hours of the department staff
- Management of meal orders
- Support in monitoring subsidies for children with special needs (EBS)
- Management of children's registrations and the waiting list for the cantonal unit of out-of-family day care (JAEJ)
- General administrative support for the department as well as for the director
- Writing letters and minutes
- Telephone reception and front desk
- Various occasional administrative tasks
Requirements
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in administrative management
- Good knowledge of common computer tools
- Good knowledge of business software (ETIC-AEF, Abacus, tipeé)
- Good writing skills in French
- Sense of organization, responsibility, and priorities
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Being a volunteer firefighter is an asset
