About the job
Your Tasks
As a dedicated care person, you take co-responsibility for the night operation. You competently ensure the care and safety of our 64 residents with comprehensive care. A specialist is on site to assist you at night. As a member of the night watch team, you are jointly responsible for complete information flow.
Your Profile
- Training at assistant level (Assistant Health/Social EBA, Care Assistant FA), SRK course/basic VBB course
- At least 2 years of experience in long-term care
- Very good German skills
- Independence and initiative
- Service and customer orientation
- Ability to set priorities
- Communication skills
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
