Join our team in the Entwässerung department in Winterthur! We focus on the planning, renovation, and operation of a 300 km public drainage network and oversee over 15,000 properties, addressing exciting climate challenges.
Tasks
- Manage procurement processes and maintain order registers.
- Assist in project administration, including budget openings and invoicing.
- Compile performance metrics and support the management team with admin tasks.
Skills
- Commercial training (EBA/EFZ) or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong teamwork and responsibility are essential.
- Structured and reliable work approach is a must.

Your Tasks
- Administration of order management by maintaining an order register, drafting decrees and order letters, as well as expenditure control
- Support with credit openings and billing (project administration)
- Accounting of incoming invoices, ensuring timely payments, and processing reminders (accounting)
- Compilation of key figures related to the department's activities and services (reporting)
- Support of the 5-member management team with administrative tasks
