Operational Support Scientist

As an Operational Support Scientist, you are part of Compliance Team 1 in the Value Stream Filling area within the Production department. The team's focus is on investigating deviations and implementing improvement measures. You can expect a varied range of tasks in a well-functioning, collegial, and committed team. In addition, the area also offers opportunities for professional and personal development.

Your main tasks include:

• Investigating deviations and writing deviation reports
• Defining improvement measures (CAPAs) and supporting their implementation
• Assisting in the preparation of change requests, coordinating necessary actions, and monitoring progress
• Participating in projects related to the department (e.g., supporting the implementation of the new Annex 1 requirements)
• Creating and updating SOPs and work instructions in coordination with relevant interfaces
• Supporting the area during regulatory inspections
• Compiling and evaluating electronic data

You bring the following qualifications:

• Completed scientific degree (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) (university or university of applied sciences) or several years of experience in the field
• Ideally, initial professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in a GMP environment
• Independent working style and quick comprehension when dealing with new topics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview in hectic situations
• Proactive personality who understands how to deal with uncertainties, questions existing processes, and contributes suggestions
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves their stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
