Your responsibilities
• Paramedical training: Training or experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical industry, or healthcare field is a major asset.
• Professional communication skills: Experience in managing customer relationships and business activities in a healthcare or service-oriented environment, via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Clear and effective communication: Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data: Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to manage customer data and activity tracking.
• Autonomy and goal orientation: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer management and business development objectives.
• Collaborative spirit: Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Strategic approach: Uses data and analysis to plan and implement prospecting and account management actions.
