About the job
The social service is an independent specialist service and part of the interprofessionally networked treatment offerings of the Psychiatric Services Thun. Applying social integrative and social work scientific principles, social work contributes to the sustainable treatment of patients. In this interesting role, you will take on the counseling and support of patients and their relatives in the core processes of finances, work/daily structure, housing, and social networking, as well as establishing contact with authorities, counseling centers, and institutions. You clarify matters, establish contact with specialized support centers and organizations, and coordinate collaboration accordingly, such as in debt and legal counseling as well as IV case management. If necessary, you also make home visits. You will work at our location in Steffisburg.
Start date April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in clinical social work
