Your tasks are:

• You maintain close cooperation with SCM to plan feasibility and deadlines.
• You ensure production quality, cost reduction, and optimization of production processes.
• You comply with our Code of Conduct and ensure the occupational safety of our employees.
• You optimize machine utilization, work productivity, workplace design, material flow, and waste.
• You support maintenance during malfunctions and maintenance work to ensure the availability of the systems.

What you should bring:

• You have assertiveness and resilience?
• Leadership personality with coaching and promotion skills
• Business management thinking and acting
• Pragmatic mindset, precise, quality- and customer-oriented work?
• Flexible, team-oriented, communicative, and with a "hands-on" mentality? 
• You have a university or technical college degree or a comparable background?
