Your tasks as

Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

In your role, you optimize purchasing and logistics processes, ensure a smooth supply chain, and support the Supply Chain Manager. By carefully processing and checking disposition proposals, you ensure demand-oriented supply. You also handle quality cases with suppliers, take over invoice control and warehouse administration. As a central interface between sales, product management, suppliers, and finance, you contribute significantly to efficient processes and high process quality.

Your role with us as Supply Chain Specialist

• You clarify quality cases in cooperation with suppliers and actively support the optimization of our procurement, cost, and delivery targets
• Reliable invoice control as well as obtaining and comparing price offers to support well-founded purchasing decisions
• You are responsible for correct and efficient warehouse administration
• Close cooperation as an interface between sales, product management, suppliers, and finance
• You take over the professional representation of your supervisor and ensure smooth operations in their absence
• Independent processing and control of disposition proposals including demand determination as well as processing of order confirmations and delivery reminders
• Maintenance and management of all relevant master data in D365 as well as active participation in process optimizations
• You take on the function as Key User D365 and simultaneously supervise the commercial apprentices in your role as practical trainer

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate
• Several years of professional experience in procurement as well as confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of D365 is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and structured working style
• Reliable, responsible personality with efficient and solution-oriented working methods
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
