What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the development, implementation, and management of IT policies and ensure that they are always complied with.
- You take responsibility for the identification, assessment, and management of IT risks including conducting risk analyses and implementing measures to mitigate the risks.
- You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements on IT systems and processes and prepare the necessary compliance reports.
- You raise awareness and train our employees regarding IT security risks by creating awareness concepts and training sessions as well as conducting phishing simulations.
- You are responsible for monitoring data protection policies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data in our IT systems at all times.
- You ensure the conformity of IT licensing and are also responsible for all contract-relevant IT documents.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in the IT field as well as further education in the security or legal area.
- You have already gained some experience in the GRC (Governance, Risk Management & Compliance) environment.
- You bring excellent communication skills and have already demonstrated these at various hierarchical levels.
- You can independently familiarize yourself with complex topics and are also able to carry out projects from start to finish on your own.
- You speak German at a negotiation level and English fluently.
