Field of activity
Ordering and cataloging of documents
Participation in the training (cataloging and ordering) of colleagues
Quality control of cataloging and ordering by colleagues
Management of the reception of purchase proposals and new acquisitions
Management of seminar equipment
Participation in public service (loan, information and assistance to users, guided tours)
Entry of documents and their metadata on the University’s institutional server (FOLIA)
Participation in the operation of the Library of Sociology, Social Policies and Social Work (STS)
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Information Science or equivalent training
Experience in cataloging; experience with Alma is an asset
Good command of common library IT tools
Organizational skills, flexibility and aptitude for multitasking
Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
Good knowledge of English
Language requirements
French and/or German
