Your main missions will be the following:
- Conduct an autonomous nursing consultation;
- Apply the Swiss vaccination program and travel vaccination recommendations;
- Provide care, delegated medical acts, and ensure monitoring adapted to the encountered situation;
- Deliver individual or collective health prevention and promotion actions;
- Actively participate in research activities in partnership with the various concerned actors;
- Practice reflective nursing to determine appropriate intervention strategies;
- Promote and share new knowledge and skills acquired during courses, training, seminars;
- Propose, participate in, and evaluate the implementation of measures aimed at maintaining and improving the quality of care.
Your strengths:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification;
- Minimum 5 years of nursing practice, ideally in the community setting or travel medicine;
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English and/or another language is desired;
- Adaptability, ability to manage complex, conflictual, and emergency situations;
- Sense of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and autonomy;
- Ability to make decisions and be proactive.
