As part of the development of the "Operations" area, we are looking for a:
Real-Time Customer Information Manager - Permanent Contract
Mission
You will be responsible for minimizing the impact of any event that may affect our customers' travel on our lines by providing them with reliable, quality, and consistent information to facilitate their journeys.
Your main responsibilities
- Inform tpg network customers in real time, taking into account various system constraints and ensuring the reliability and consistency of information through different communication channels,
- prioritize actions based on current regulation strategies,
- quickly identify customer information needs,
- write concise and clear information for customers,
- directly inform our customers about the network status by proposing alternatives,
- collaborate to improve the use of dynamic and static "traveler information" media intended for customers,
- collaborate on the development of Traveler Information strategies in cooperation with MVC.
Your profile
- CFC level or equivalent qualification; minimum three years of experience in a public transport company,
- strong interpersonal skills, proactive person, solution- and results-oriented,
- essential customer orientation (internal & external),
- ability to work transversally in a network and ease in teamwork,
- knowledge of the Geneva public transport network required; field experience at tpg is an asset,
- experience as a team member in a traffic management center is an asset,
- very good stress resistance,
- writing skills and knowledge of Office software tools,
- computer skills and willingness and ability to be trained on several software programs (Hastus, SAEIV, Fleet Management, GestE),
- good knowledge of English is an asset,
- ability to work irregular hours and availability as needed.
