Reporting Assistant (m/f/x) – 2-year fixed-term contract for HEC or HEG student at 20-30%

To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, we are looking for a HEC or HEG student for the position of Reporting Assistant, between 20% and 30%, starting June 1, 2026, for a 2-year contract or the duration of the training, responsible for supporting the division manager in various analysis and reporting tasks.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Perform statistical analysis work
• Develop dashboards for managers
• Participate in various organizational projects

Your profile:

• You are at the beginning of HEG or about to start your Master’s degree
• You have an interest in financial controlling work
• You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of German (min. B1)
• You possess very good skills in common IT tools (MS Office), especially Excel, and ideally have knowledge of Access and Power BI programs
• Dynamic and organized, you have a developed analytical capacity
