We continuously invest in the development of our sales staff and are looking immediately or by arrangement for a creative, committed personality in the role of Training Manager (80–100%), who will help shape our training strategy and inspire our teams.
These tasks require your expertise:
- Planning, implementation, and expansion of the comprehensive educational offerings for our sales staff
- Administration, continuous optimization, and further development of our Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
- Design, execution, and moderation of trainings and workshops
- Creation of e-learning content, podcasts, and video tutorials
- Initiation, management, communication, and active participation in internal training projects
- Implementation of employer branding measures
- Leadership and professional management of four employees in Switzerland
You confidently convince us with:
- Several years of experience in training, personnel development, or learning & development, ideally in retail or cosmetics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
- Fluent in German, French, and English
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and hands-on mentality
- Charismatic personality that motivates, inspires, and excites teams for learning processes
- Very good IT affinity with confident handling of digital tools and platforms such as Canva, LMS, and other e-learning programs
- Ability to confidently operate in an international environment while taking local responsibility
