We are looking for a
Sous Chef Catering 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You support the catering kitchen management in coordinating and organizing the various events
- Your active participation in all necessary stations to ensure smooth food production as well as correct labeling and product presentation is required
- We expect compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
- Your assistance in optimizing and further developing the department is also part of your tasks
- Planning creative, seasonal menus according to trends and Google Food is a fixed part of this exciting position
- You are co-responsible for ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management
- Cross-departmental support when needed, because we are a team
Your profile
- You have completed training as a cook/chef
- You have 3 - 4 years of professional experience, at least 1-2 years of leadership experience in a similar role
- You have fluent English skills in speaking and writing (company language English), German skills are an advantage
- You skillfully apply your solid IT knowledge, ideally experience with G Suite as well as SAP / IUS
- You possess excellent hosting qualities, work independently and responsibly, and always keep an overview
- An organizational talent who keeps an overview and does not lose their head in hectic situations
- High service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact complete your profile
