Your responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising about 180 employees (including 15 directly reporting employees)
- Ensuring the entire production regarding personnel, quality, quantity, deadlines, occupational safety, and processes
- Optimizing assembly and work processes according to Lean Production
- Leading the production maintenance department
- Ensuring production resources
- Initiating training sessions
- Participating in projects (industrialization teams and area planning)
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical vocational training as well as further training as an industrial foreman or technical operations specialist HF
- Experienced leader and team player with pleasant manners and organizational skills
- Independent, process- and solution-oriented working style
- Assertiveness, flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Environmental awareness and continuous improvement process (Lean Production, 5S, etc.)
- English at least level B1
