About the job
The secondary school Affoltern a.A./Aeugst a.A. is an independent district school community. About 40 teachers and specialist teachers teach around 320 students in Affoltern a.A. in the Ennetgraben school building.At the beginning of the 2026/27 school year, we are looking for
a school assistant for about 19 hours per week during school weeks (approx. 40% employment)
or
a school assistant for about 38 hours per week during school weeks (approx. 80% employment)
to carry out tasks on behalf of the teachers that arise in the classroom and/or to accompany students within the framework of integrative settings (special education), guided by a school special education teacher.
Requirements
• You enjoy working with young people.
• You communicate appropriately for the audience and can interact well with different groups of people.
• You are empathetic and patient.
• You like to carry out tasks for the teacher and are ready for close cooperation with the specialists.
Prerequisites
• Very good knowledge of German and a minimum age of 18 years
• Training or professional experience in a social or educational environment is an advantage.
• Experience in working with young people is an advantage.
