In Nyon, our teams combine professional rigor, proximity, and a spirit of collaboration. In this context, we are strengthening our team and looking for a dietetic cook, motivated by health nutrition and quality dietetic cooking.
Your mission
Within the central kitchen, you will join a team of about 20 employees working continuous shifts.
A true link between medical prescriptions and hospital gastronomy for our patients, you contribute daily to safe, adapted, and appetizing food, fully participating in the care pathway.
Your responsibilities
· Culinary production adapted according to our different diets
Preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with medical prescriptions (salt-free, diabetic, low-fat, residue-free diets, etc.), ensuring the taste and appearance of the dishes are preserved.
· Mastery of modified textures
Preparation of minced, pureed, or smooth textures intended for patients with swallowing disorders, with particular attention to the presentation and acceptability of meals.
· Food safety and quality
Strict application of HACCP standards, allergen management, compliance with traceability procedures, and active participation in maintaining quality standards.
· Interdisciplinary work
Close collaboration with dietitians and hotel teams to adapt menus and continuously improve the food service for our patients.
Your profile
· Professional experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital kitchen or nursing home (medical-social environment).
· Rigor and organization
Ability to manage large production volumes while respecting strict nominative diet sheets. Knowledge of the Logimen program.
· Team spirit and sense of responsibility
Comfortable in a structured environment, you appreciate working in a team and interacting with health professionals.
Training
· Federal VET diploma as cook or equivalent recognized title (recognized in Switzerland).
· Federal VET diploma or federal certificate as dietetic cook required
