• Technical and administrative management of the structural engineering department
• Procedure management for municipal building permit procedures (including clarifications with cantonal authorities, building police)
• Drafting decisions/building permits
• Consulting the client and planners
• Preparation and presentation of building applications at the monthly building commission meeting
• Organization and responsibility for the training of apprentices (Department of Construction and Environment; practical trainer)
• Management of municipal real estate

• Expertise in construction and planning law and public law
• Planning or construction technical training (structural engineering field)
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent, committed, and responsible working style
• Service-oriented thinking and enjoyment of customer conversations
• Negotiation skills, confident appearance, and assertiveness
