Practical Trainer and CIE in Watchmaking at 56% (Fixed-term contract from October 2025 to June 2026)

- The CPNE is the reference body for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, higher education, and continuing education).
- As part of your role, you deliver practical watchmaking courses (workshop and CIE - inter-company courses). In collaboration with the permanent teachers, you organize and plan the courses applying the quality standards of the watchmaking sector. Furthermore, you are involved in monitoring apprentices' progress during their training and evaluating their work. Teaching takes place on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a watchmaker complemented by higher education of ES or HES type in the field of watchmaking, you have proven experience of several years in the field. Dynamic and autonomous, you demonstrate rigor and initiative. Thanks to your organizational skills, you know how to manage priorities and master planning. You have a genuine interest in professional training, young people, and digital tools. Finally, you are domiciled in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for public service holders.
