- Achieving and adhering to sales and cost budgets

Our expectations
- Several years of retail experience, ideally with initial experience as a Store Manager, Store Manager Assistant, or department manager
- Enjoyment in leading a team, from scheduling to motivation to employee qualification
- Solution-oriented working style
- Planning and organizational talent
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- High social competence and positive charisma
- Flexibility and willingness to work
- Good knowledge of the German language
- Experience in food sales is an advantage
