Your tasks
- Administrative organization: You support employees and project teams in administrative matters – from documentation to coordination.
- Reception: With your smile, you create a pleasant atmosphere and represent our company externally. You are the contact point for employees and customers (5-10 per week).
- Office management: You keep an overview of appointments, are the contact point for employees and customers as well as the contact point for software support (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
- Communication & correspondence: You are the contact person for customers, partners, and internal inquiries – always friendly, competent, and solution-oriented.
- Support for events & projects: Whether internal events, meetings, or project organization – you bring structure and spirit.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Confidence in writing for different target groups (internal & external)
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Social skills and team spirit
