Responsible for Vocational Training and Reception 80% (m/f/d)

You love direct contact with people and enjoy coordinating the services at our reception. During quieter phases, you take on responsibility in the leadership and support of our apprentices as well as in commercially demanding tasks.

Tasks:

Overall responsibility for vocational training
Leadership and support of commercial apprentices
Planning, organizing, and conducting central events for the entire company, especially for the apprenticeship system
Responsibility for the reception/telephone switchboard area
Commercial activities for reception/telephone switchboard as well as for HR and other departments
Coordination/support of apprentices at reception and in their projects
Contact person for all matters related to mail

Requirements:

Completed commercial basic training
Solid experience in training commercial apprentices; completed vocational trainer course
Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Sound IT user knowledge
HR knowledge is an advantage
Personal qualities: flexible, communicative, motivated, reliable, solution-oriented
