The administration team is looking forward to welcoming a creative and versatile HR Assistant 40-50% immediately or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- You support the HR manager in the preparation of correct and timely payroll processing and year-end tasks
- You prepare employment and apprenticeship contracts
- You create work certificates with our certificate tool and assign them to the line
- You manage accident, illness as well as EO and MSE cases
- You support the administration team at the reception

- A basic commercial education as well as further training as a personnel assistant or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- A high level of service orientation and understanding for our employees and residents
