Job Description
- Completed training as an optician or MPA
- Ideally professional experience in an ophthalmologist's practice
- Experience in the operating room is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of direct patient contact as well as organizational and administrative tasks
- Good knowledge of practice software and digital work processes
- Resilience, flexibility, and a neat, friendly appearance
Qualifications
- Reception and care of our patients
- Telephone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and coordination
- Performing various preliminary examinations (auto-refraction, OCT, visual field, etc.)
- Assisting in preparing patients for operations
- Various administrative tasks
- Co-responsibility for smooth practice operations
