Inside Sales Engineer - Maintenance (m/f)
As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for estimating and selling HVAC maintenance services. You develop and maintain a client portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and provide personalized follow-up to ensure their satisfaction.
Your tasks
- Technically and administratively estimate commercial offers
- Identify and estimate development opportunities with existing clients
- Periodic on-site surveys of equipment to be included in offers
- Ensure regular follow-up of prospects and offers, reminders, updates
- Analyze needs and propose suitable technical solutions
- Conduct targeted prospecting campaigns (mailing, calling)
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service quality
- Update data in the CRM and track commercial files
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis
- Develop your client portfolio and maintain commercial relationships
Your profile
Education:
ES Technician, Federal Diploma, Engineer or equivalent degree.
Key skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC maintenance services
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in office tools
- Customer service orientation, autonomy, rigor, and organization
- Good presentation, persuasion skills, and strong responsiveness
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
