IntroductionThe Suvretta House is looking for a dedicated and experienced breakfast cook (m/f/d) for the upcoming summer season 2026. Become part of our dynamic kitchen team and help make the start of the day unforgettable for our guests. Our guests enjoy freshly baked rolls, a varied selection of egg dishes, as well as a rich breakfast buffet, either on the beautiful sun terrace or in our inviting Suvretta Stube.
Your tasks
- Preparation and presentation of a diverse and high-quality breakfast offering, including both classic and creative dishes
- Ensuring high quality standards in taste, freshness, and presentation
- Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assisting with the storage and inspection of fresh food
- Supporting the kitchen team in organizing and efficient processes during breakfast time
- Active participation in shaping and further developing the breakfast offering in collaboration with the head chef
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook
- Professional experience in upscale hotels or gastronomy with leadership experience
- Structured and organized working style
- Very high level of quality awareness
- Good communication skills
- High resilience and reliability
- Willingness to work early in the morning
