Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers in German and French
• Support of the field service as well as cooperation with our biomass locations
• Processing customer orders (order entry, procurement, delivery, and invoicing)
• Inventory management, article master data maintenance, calculation, price controls
• Administrative tasks in the area of transport and scheduling
• Notification of shipments (by phone/written)
• You take care of quality assurance and administrative tasks such as ticketing and reporting

Profile & Requirements:

• Completed commercial vocational training with an affinity for technology
• Ideally professional experience in logistics, forestry, or recycling industry
• You are communicative, customer-oriented, and a real team player
• You speak German and French fluently and can communicate well
