About the job
At the secondary school Burg , we currently run 15 level classes with integrated special education. Around 290 children and 40 teaching and specialist staff meet on our school grounds. We prepare our young people for their individual, personal life path. Trust and appreciation are highly valued at our school, as well as smart knowledge transfer and careful guidance into social competence in society.

- completed school management training or willingness to complete it
- leadership experience in a school context
- strong social, team, and conflict skills
- confidence in organizational and process management
- willingness to shape school and teaching development
- clarity in appearance, reliability in action, and composure in challenging situations
