Visual and functional inspection of components
- Preparing orders and ensuring efficient order changeover
- Quality control of completed work according to the inspection plan
- Packing and labeling of cleaned components
- Maintaining and servicing assigned equipment according to instructions, cleaning the workplace
- Participation in daily shop floor meetings and shift handover
- Performing general cleaning and logistics tasks
- Strict adherence to operational safety regulations and work instructions
- Assisting in other productive areas according to needs and skills
Requirements
- School leaving certificate, vocational/technical training advantageous (EBA/EFZ preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Good eyesight
- Good fine motor skills / manual dexterity
- Practical experience in operating measuring and testing equipment
- Reading and understanding technical construction drawings
- Wearing cleanroom clothing (shoes, coat, hairnet/beard cover, gloves latex/nitrile)
- Wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) as instructed and needed: safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves (latex, nitrile)
- Good physical condition (partly standing activity, lifting loads up to 25 kg)
- Good German skills in spoken and written, at least level B1
- Teamwork and high flexibility (overtime, Saturday work, make-up/holiday days)
- Reliability (punctuality, working according to regulations)
- Experienced PC user (Word, Excel, order feedback PSS, quality software Q-DAS)
- Willingness to work shifts: two-shift, permanent night shift
