RAI Expert - Immediate Start or By Arrangement

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offer at the Dielsdorf location is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

• You are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual foundations

• You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported care process in our institution and check it randomly

• You coach and appropriately guide all persons involved in the care process with the RAI-LTCF

• You conduct internal RAI-relevant training sessions

• You check the accuracy and traceability of the care effort group relevant MDS codings based on the care documentation

• You participate significantly in quality management in the interpretation of the RAI quality indicators

• Education at tertiary level (FH, HF) or equivalent with SRK recognition

• Solid experience in RAI recording (LTCF desirable)

• Successfully completed training as RAI-NH expert (mandatory)

• SVEB 1 certificate in adult education (desirable)

• Very good knowledge of Word and Excel

• Confident German language skills, spoken and written

• Initiative, precision, and a structured way of working

• High sense of responsibility and active contribution to the further development of care quality
