The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offer at the Dielsdorf location is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
You are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual foundations
You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported care process in our institution and check it randomly
You coach and appropriately guide all persons involved in the care process with the RAI-LTCF
You conduct internal RAI-relevant training sessions
You check the accuracy and traceability of the care effort group relevant MDS codings based on the care documentation
You participate significantly in quality management in the interpretation of the RAI quality indicators
Education at tertiary level (FH, HF) or equivalent with SRK recognition
Solid experience in RAI recording (LTCF desirable)
Successfully completed training as RAI-NH expert (mandatory)
SVEB 1 certificate in adult education (desirable)
Very good knowledge of Word and Excel
Confident German language skills, spoken and written
Initiative, precision, and a structured way of working
High sense of responsibility and active contribution to the further development of care quality
