Your tasks – precise, versatile, and never boring
- Leadership with impact: You take over the management of a specialized residential group with 18 residents and lead a team of around 12 employees with clarity, empathy, and team spirit.
- Living team spirit: With your expertise, motivation, and an open ear, you shape a appreciative team culture, support employees individually, and lead with joy and care.
- Shaping everyday life: The individual needs of the residents are at the center in the spirit of MY 24 HOURS. In partnership with the team, you develop existing processes further and recognize when changes are necessary.
- Planning with foresight: You manage personnel deployment planning proactively and flexibly – tailored to the needs of the residents and the skills and needs of the team members.
- Collaboration at eye level: Whether with other residential groups, specialist offices, or internal partners – you actively and solution-oriented promote cross-departmental exchange.
- Leadership with impact: You take over the management of a specialized residential group with 18 residents and lead a team of around 12 employees with clarity, empathy, and team spirit.
What you bring – so you fit perfectly with us
- Certified nursing professional HF or FH with several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of dementia
- Ideally, you have completed further training in leadership with a focus on leadership, team management, or coaching, have experience in leading teams, and live a modern, participative leadership style
- You have an interest in business contexts and key figures and can communicate these understandably and appropriately to the team.
- Ability to actively shape changes and accompany teams in development processes
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Clarity and stability even in challenging situations
- You enjoy working with modern communication tools
- Certified nursing professional HF or FH with several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of dementia
