Your main tasks:
- Ensuring the maintenance of building technical systems and installations
- Independently performing timely maintenance, inspection, and repair work
- Ensuring consultation and contact with owners, users, and operators
- Identifying weaknesses and hazards to operational safety
- Acceptance and handover of new installations on behalf of our customers
- Compiling costs for repair offers and operational adjustments
- Handling administrative tasks such as system history, maintenance protocols, work reports, system assessments, defect lists, time tracking, etc.
Your profile:
- Completed basic training in refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, building, or electrical engineering maintenance specialists in building services or machinery and systems
- Several years of professional experience in building or facility technology in the field of refrigeration and heat pump technology, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Experience in maintenance and service activities (on-call duty)
- Possession of connection approval NIV Art. 15 would be an advantage
- You have a strong understanding of complex trades and systems in building technology.
