In this versatile role, you take over financial administration and ensure proper accounting. You prepare monthly and annual financial statements, ensure budget planning and controlling. In addition, you are responsible for the internal control system (ICS) and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
In the IT area, you coordinate projects and monitor the implementation of IT governance. In the energy sector, you bear overall responsibility for the trading business.
As a leader, you lead your team according to the values of our LANDI, promote the development of your employees, and engage in cross-departmental collaboration. Furthermore, you actively participate in strategic corporate projects and accompany their successful implementation.

You have further training in finance and accounting at the specialist certificate level or training as an agricultural merchant and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable function. In addition, you are characterized by an analytical and networked way of thinking and have a pronounced flair for numbers, processes, and IT topics.
You convince through initiative and are motivated to get involved yourself. As an appreciative leader, you succeed in implementing changes and projects sustainably and communicating at eye level.
