Polymechanic - Grinding Tools

• Manufacture of precision grinding tools from A to Z, in particular:
• Produce green body: weigh powder, fill molds and hot press, clean molds
• Turn bodies: mainly on conventional machines, but also on CNC machines
• Dress (grind) grinding layers, possibly glue beforehand
• Balance and label bodies
• Single pieces, small series and prototypes (usually 1 piece up to 50 pieces)
• Depending on skills, additional tasks are also conceivable (e.g. conceptualize and manufacture operating resources, maintenance)

• Training as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ
• Quality awareness
• Good, structured way of working
