WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- Organization and implementation of the professional development of the team as well as active support in their development and further training
- Leadership and coordination of the team to ensure an effective and productive working environment
- Support of the departments Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement regarding technical issues to promote interdisciplinary collaboration
- Responsibility for the area of document management as well as graphic creation for technical documentation
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed technical studies at FH/HF level and experience in technical editing desirable
- Initial experience in team leadership is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Dynamic, implementation-strong, cooperative personality with good organizational and coordination skills
