• Organization and implementation of the professional development of the team as well as active support in their development and further training
• Leadership and coordination of the team to ensure an effective and productive working environment
• Support of the departments Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement regarding technical issues to promote interdisciplinary collaboration
• Responsibility for the area of document management as well as graphic creation for technical documentation

• Completed technical studies at FH/HF level and experience in technical editing desirable
• Initial experience in team leadership is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Dynamic, implementation-strong, cooperative personality with good organizational and coordination skills
