Tasks
You take over the professional leadership of a dedicated team of four employees and ensure that our cabin crews are deployed efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and optimally. At the same time, you further develop our planning processes and IT systems, thus shaping the future of the department.
A versatile range of tasks awaits you:
- You lead the Cabin Planning Team professionally in daily business, promote talents, and create an environment where employees take responsibility
- You are responsible for planning and controlling personnel resources over the entire deployment planning period, identify bottlenecks early, and ensure efficient personnel deployment
- In close cooperation with Cockpit Planning and other operational areas, you ensure transparent information flow
- Additionally, you analyze processes and contracts, derive optimizations, and drive the further development of our IT landscape
- With reports and analyses, you provide orientation and improve profitability, efficiency, and productivity

Requirements

You bring the following:
- Several years of professional experience in planning or scheduling. Aviation knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and a precise, structured way of working
- Strong affinity for IT-supported deployment planning systems as well as willingness to participate in their further development, requirements specification, and process optimization
- Leadership skills, team orientation, and a pronounced service mindset
- Fluent German and English skills as well as confident handling of Microsoft 365 applications
