Your Tasks
- Maintenance of all technical, electrical, and sanitary systems
- Maintenance of machinery, vehicles, and cleaning equipment
- Management and maintenance of care aids
- Accompanying and monitoring company assignments
- Resolving disturbances, especially in heating, ventilation, and electrical installations
- General maintenance and repair work on the facility or IT system
- Material orders in consultation with the department head
- Receiving deliveries and incoming inspections of non-food materials, including proper storage
- Coordination and execution of resident requests
- Setting up rooms for events and ensuring the required technology
- Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated
- Monthly readings of technical data, processing/maintaining TGM list
- Plant care in the house, terrace, and rooftop terrace
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training in a craft / Facility Management Specialist EFZ
- Driver's license
- Willingness to be on call in other Senevita houses, approximately every 6-8 weeks
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during company events
- Good sensitivity towards elderly people
- High service readiness
- Diplomacy, discretion
