About the job
Do you want to contribute significantly to the monitoring of investment activities and tied assets in insurance supervision? Then this position is made for you.
- Support of supervisory departments on topics in the area of capital investments and review of compliance with regulatory requirements
- Representation of the capital investments function in interactions with supervised institutions and stakeholders
- Review of insurance companies' applications for the allocation of complex assets to tied assets
- Conducting quantitative analyses in the area of capital investments and actively contributing to the development of data-based supervision
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance, law, mathematics, or natural sciences
- At least 2 years of professional experience in asset management and/or risk management, including governance – ideally in insurance
- Good market and product knowledge in asset management, especially in private capital investments
- Practical experience with derivatives and financing transactions (SFT) is an advantage
- Good understanding of the investment process (SAA, ALM) and risk management is an advantage
- Interest and flair for dealing with laws, regulations, and rules
- Familiarity with different data formats and tools – programming skills (especially SQL) are an advantage
- Solution- and process-oriented working style with strong analytical skills as well as effective and competent communication in spoken and written form
- German or French language skills (C2), good knowledge of the other language is an advantage
