• Management of cross-border assignments, from planning to completion, in compliance with tax and social security regulations
• Contact person for supervisors and assignees in planning and implementing an assignment
• Review, clarification, processing, and initiation of measures regarding immigration requirements and obtaining the necessary visas, residence, and work permits
• Collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, relocation providers, immigration specialists, etc.)
• Coordination with local HR managers on cross-border issues
• Tax handling of domestic and foreign tax obligations
• Data analysis and reporting in the area of Global Mobility to identify trends and optimization potentials
• Participation in the development and improvement of group-wide policies and processes

• Completed commercial training with further education in Global Mobility or International Human Resources Management
• At least two years of professional experience in Global Mobility
• Sound knowledge of social security and international tax law
• Very good German and English skills
• Open, service-oriented, and independent personality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented team player
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, international environment
