Metalworker as Deputy Production Manager
Activities
In this responsible position, you will take on the technical leadership of production in close cooperation with the production manager, team leaders, and management. You are responsible for organizing and planning professional personnel development and promoting young talent. In addition, you play a central role in conducting internal training and further education. In collaboration with the production manager, you ensure compliance with all relevant processes, quality standards, regulations, and instructions and continuously optimize production processes. Furthermore, you take responsibility for maintaining the standards ISO 3834-2, EN 1090 EXC2, and EN 17660. In your role, you act as a link between departments.Requirements
For this management position, we are looking for a personality with completed training as a plant and apparatus builder or metalworker, who has additionally further trained in welding technology. Business management training is an advantage and rounds off your profile. You bring several years of industry experience, ideally in welding supervision and the application of welding standards. You are characterized by a high willingness to make decisions, passion for metal, and pronounced communication skills. You are confident in handling ERP systems and common Microsoft Office applications.Offer
