To ensure effective and sustainable management of our procurement and to support our operational activities, we are looking for a person capable of managing regional purchases in close collaboration with Category Managers and operational teams by contributing to the optimization of costs, processes, and supplier performance.
What awaits you:
- Implement procurement strategies in collaboration with Category Managers and operational managers.
- Operational and strategic management of local goods and services procurement.
- Manage supplier relationships, contract deployment, and execution of category strategies.
- Identify and implement cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.
- Lead procurement initiatives integrating quality, costs, performance, sustainability, and supply reliability.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Be the contact point between the Category Managers of the Central Europe West cluster and the operations of the Swiss Romande and Ticino region.
- Contribute to the realization and monitoring of savings, KPIs, and procurement performance.
- Support and deploy P2P processes at the local level.
What you bring:

- Proven professional experience in procurement (procurement, category management, supply chain, or operations).
- Good understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and complex environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels.
- University degree in economics, management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
