You love actively managing projects from planning to implementation and taking responsibility? As a Site Manager Assembly, you take responsibility for exciting assembly projects from the idea to successful completion. You are the central link between planning and the assembly team. You coordinate, keep an overview of schedules, resources, and processes, and ensure that every project is successfully implemented. 

Your field of activity

• You develop innovative assembly concepts and, with your holistic view, ensure technical, economic, and logistical feasibility
• As a project controller, you keep the course with schedules, controlling, and clear meetings to ensure that time, costs, and quality are met
• You strengthen the site managers in their role, promote teamwork, and reliably coordinate external partners
• With forward-looking planning, you use resources efficiently and ensure smooth assembly processes

Your profile

• You have experience as a wood construction foreman and want to develop further or are already a wood construction foreman or technician HF wood construction
• Your technical understanding, IT affinity, and CAD skills make you someone who not only thinks of practical solutions but also implements them
• Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking are not empty words for you but lived practice
• With your relaxed, reliable, and team-oriented manner, you fit in perfectly with us
