Your tasks
- Operation of the telephone switchboard and reception of customers
- General administrative and office work
- Incoming mail for the tax administration including digital processing
- Care of infrastructure / break room
- Support of other departments with administrative tasks
- Support of the department management according to specifications
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) with solid MS Office and IT skills or equivalent training
- Independent, precise and structured way of working with pronounced organizational talent
- Resilient and able to work efficiently and carefully even under pressure
- Confident communication in German; additional language skills are an advantage
- Enjoyment of a central support function
- High service orientation towards stakeholders
- Discretion, loyalty, collegiality
- A competent, dynamic and well-coordinated team
