Your profile:
Hold an ES or HES diploma in the field of childhood according to the SCAJE competency framework (Cantonal Service for Child Daycare).
Good knowledge of collective childcare facilities and group dynamics with children from 3P to 8P.
Proven experience in developing projects and specific activities, focused on a participatory process within teams and children.
Ability to document your activity and that of the group of children as well as to develop reflective action.
Sense of responsibility and commitment.
Very good ability to work in a team, take initiatives, and adapt.
Ability to create quality relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
Possession of a CAS in PF or FEE/FPP training is an asset.
Main missions:
Promote the child's development and ensure their well-being and safety.
Participate in the development of the educational project and ensure its implementation.
Provide quality socio-educational services.
Collaborate with families and external services.
Participate in the training of apprentices and interns.
