Area of responsibility
- Participation in daily logistics processes (goods receipt, storage, inventory management, order preparation)
- Active participation in optimizing goods flows and quality standards
- Active participation in projects for the digitization and optimization of logistics processes
- Participation in the introduction of new tools or management systems
- Development and implementation of internal training for logistics teams
- Organization of events for knowledge exchange and continuous improvement
- Monitoring competencies and proposing training plans for employees
Requirements profile
- Federal logistics diploma (e.g. Logistics Specialist FA) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in logistics, preferably in project management or conducting internal training
- Very good French skills (at least B2) and German skills (at least C1)
- Strong interest in IT, new technologies and their implementation
- Proactive, conscientious and independent personality
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and knowledge transfer
- Willingness to relocate to the canton of Vaud
