Team Leader Customer Service Center - 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- You lead a committed team, promote collaboration, and specifically develop your employees.
- You monitor the daily processes in customer service and ensure that our high quality standards are met.
- You actively drive the further development of customer service and bring in new ideas.
- You pitch in with day-to-day business – from creating offers to order entry, invoicing, and handling complaints.
- You analyze performance indicators and derive strategic measures from them.
- You work closely with the sales, logistics, purchasing, and warehouse departments.
Your Profile
- You have a commercial education and several years of leadership experience in customer service.
- Your native language is German (dialect is warmly welcomed).
- You are communicative, team-oriented, and keep an overview even in hectic moments.
- You enjoy talking on the phone and have a passion for direct customer contact.
- You have solid IT user skills, ideally with Comarch ERP and MS Office.
- A basic technical education in construction or experience in the building supply industry is a big plus.
