Your main tasks:
- Support the Facility Services Manager in developing and recording administrative and operational processes
- Staff management (introduction, deployment and vacation planning, recording of working hours and absences, reporting of personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.)
- Monitoring and control of quality assurance (ensuring process-oriented quality controls)
- Organization and optimization of workflows
- Operational management of the various ISS services
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Professional and leadership experience
- Good German skills (written and spoken)
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Flexible and independent working style
- Organizational skills and systematic working method
- Driver's license category B
