Your main tasks:

• Support the Facility Services Manager in developing and recording administrative and operational processes
• Staff management (introduction, deployment and vacation planning, recording of working hours and absences, reporting of personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.)
• Monitoring and control of quality assurance (ensuring process-oriented quality controls)
• Organization and optimization of workflows
• Operational management of the various ISS services

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
• Professional and leadership experience
• Good German skills (written and spoken)
• Good PC skills (MS Office)
• Flexible and independent working style
• Organizational skills and systematic working method
• Driver's license category B
