Service Advisor (m/f/d), 100%
As a service advisor, you are the business card of our company. Are you a proactive doer personality with the necessary dose of empathy that our customers can rely on? Would you like to learn more about this exciting role?
Your task:
You are responsible for order acceptance and entry, creating quotes, and scheduling appointments with our customers. Workshop and maintenance planning are also part of your responsibilities. You advise our customers competently and offer them needs-oriented service and maintenance solutions. As an experienced professional, you receive customer concerns and independently develop appropriate solution proposals. Thanks to your professional experience in the industry, you navigate skillfully through the common key figures, do not lose sight of the company’s overall goal, and find adequate approaches to challenges.

You offer us:
• Passion for the product and industry
• Professional certificate as a customer service advisor or comparable training such as the "Certified Customer Service Advisor", or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience as a mechanic/service advisor in the truck sector is an advantage
• Good DMS and MS Office user skills
• Enjoyment in selling products and services
• Local language skills in spoken and written form are a must
