The Section for Operation and Maintenance of Public Buildings within the Department of Infrastructure and Sports is looking for a
The focus of your diverse tasks is to manage the properties assigned to the section in Technical Facility Management. Managing means independently analyzing daily situations on the facilities, implementing, optimizing, and further developing repair and/or maintenance measures, and actively shaping the future of our building technology. Operating the associated systems such as our CAFM, building automation, or access control is part of your exciting daily routine. In addition, you bring your expertise and innovative ideas into the practical and conceptual further development of TFM and actively implement exciting projects in TFM. Together with the TFM team and in close cooperation with the IFM team, you ensure that our buildings function reliably and continuously evolve.
You have completed a technical vocational training EFZ in the field of building technology (HVAC), ideally with further relevant education. You have experience in implementing repair and maintenance measures in TFM and in managing projects according to SIA standards. You know how to profitably apply the relevant legal regulations in everyday work. You convince with a structured and independent working style, openness, and assertiveness. You can communicate complex technical contexts and concerns clearly and effectively and are accustomed to working in various team constellations.
